Hi love. I’m so sorry about your arm :( I’m sure if you take a few days off, it will be good as new! Anon I was forced to take off for pretty much a month with no physical activity b/c of my injury and I didn’t notice any weight gain. I promise you a few days of rest will not hinder you in any way, it will only help your arm!
Depending on where the pain is in your arm, maybe you can do some light swimming, or maybe some leg lifting, biking, elliptical?

My coach used to make us do yoga and I don’t think y'all understand how strong this girl actually is.
With every breath, picture a muscle letting go and relaxing. You’ll be amazed at how much you hold yourself back.
3 mile race tomorrow. Aiming for 1st which should be achievable if I pace myself right.
Time for a nice light jog, some stretching and yoga. 😇😁
